Analytics no longer persistent?

I have been using NextDNS for a little over a year now. I have it configured as the DNS upstream for my home router.

Previously, it seemed as though analytics would persist across logins, if the IP was bound correctly, so logging in to my dashboard would show these historical metrics.

However, this seems to no longer be the case and upon logout, all saved analytics metrics are lost. I still see the metrics accumulating, but only in that single session.

Does anyone know what's going on?

What time period have you set for 'log retention'? Also, what location (in case it's something to do with an area)?

I have log retention set for 7 days. I am in NC, US.  I've also noticed that I need to re-bind my IP every single time I login to log anything whatsoever. Important to note, that my IP address, and the DNS configuration do not change whatsoever during this.
