My 2FA codes became invalid

I've no idea why but the 2FA codes became invalid, and I luckily had access to a system where I was logged to the website. I didn't even have recovery codes!!

    It’s the same for me. 2FA stopped working, so I disabled it and tried to re-enable it. I use Bitwarden as my 2FA app, but it isn't working. The QR code wasn't accepted. I also tried copying and pasting the 2FA key, but that didn't work either; the subsequently generated 2FA token is flagged as incorrect. Please fix this issue. Thanks.
