Throttling with Pro Account

When watching Pluto.tv with Firefox using private DNS, there are times when the streaming stops. Then, my phone alerts me that the DNS server cannot be reached, also using DNS over HTTPS to NextDNS. It would seem some level of throttling at NextDNS is occurring despite my account being at Pro level. After closing the Pluto.tv tab in Firefox, service is restored on all devices. Anyone else experiencing cutout issues simultaneously across all their devices? Is there a means of verifying this activity in NextDNS logs?

    I would suggest trying a different browser to rule out a browser issue. Additionally try a different network, such as cellular or different Wi-Fi network to rule out upstream network issues. Lastly dry a different DNS service to rule out NextDNS; my hunch tells me this is not a NextDNS issue as others would be reporting it.
