Allowlist Not Working — Domain Still Blocked

I’m experiencing an issue where a domain I’ve added to the allowlist is still being blocked.

The domain drive-data.ru was registered on April 13 (screenshot attached). Despite more than six weeks passing, it remains inaccessible and is still flagged as a “new domain” and blocked (screenshot attached).

Adding it to the allowlist has had no effect — the domain continues to be blocked.

Please help me resolve this issue.
