Linked IP detects random IP addresses and my device always shows "Using NextDNS with no profile"

Hello NextDNS Support,

I am experiencing an issue with my NextDNS profile and Linked IP.

My Configuration ID is: 99bc5b.

I have a static public IP from my ISP (Shatel, Iran). According to test.nextdns.io, my source IP is consistently 84.241.2.226, and the server shown is edgeuno-ist-1.

However, when I open the Link IP page, NextDNS does not register my actual public IP. Instead, it repeatedly links different IP addresses in the 104.167.x.x range (for example: 104.167.26.205, 104.167.27.38, etc.). Every time I refresh or visit the Link IP page, a different 104.167.x.x address is linked.

Because of this, https://my.nextdns.io always shows:

"This device is using NextDNS with no profile. Make sure to link your IP address in the Linked IP section below."

I am using the DNS servers assigned to my profile:

  • 45.90.28.230
  • 45.90.30.230

I have also confirmed that:

  • VPN is completely disabled.
  • I am connected directly to my Shatel Wi-Fi network.
  • My ISP provides me with a static public IP.
  • test.nextdns.io reports my public IP as 84.241.2.226, but the Linked IP page never links this address.

Could you please investigate why the Linked IP system is detecting and linking random 104.167.x.x addresses instead of my real public IP, and why my device is always detected as "using NextDNS with no profile"?

Thank you very much for your assistance.
