NextDNS with iCloud Private Relay Privacy

Not sure about the following but wanted to ask.
When using the nextdns iOS profile for encrypted dns + cloud private relay, isn’t the SNI leaked to ISP in the initial TLS handshake with nextdns since it is outside the private relay? Thank you

    Also beside the block page being branded is there any other need for root CA being installed on device? Thank you
