Automated extension of Pro Subscription without warning

I just realized from my credit card statements that my Pro plan was automatically extended.

I do not mind the extension, but there should be a warning for customers.

To me it feels like if you do not give the opportunity to cancel a subscription, you are definetly not so sure about your product 😒

    You can cancel the subscription any time. You will keep the service for the duration of the current subscription period.

       I know that, but why do you charge without a heads-up? That is kind of shady, especially as it is yearly and not on people's minds.
