DoH3 issue

Hey, 

is there a nextdns server issue currently? 
I am observing unusual behavior today with NextDns Servers.
My setup for NextDns on DoH3 is via YogaDns on Windows 10. I have been using this Setup for months now and checked the connection daily on [Ping . nextdns . io]

and until today it was primarily connecting to Zepto-ber(anycast1, ultralow1) which was always the fastest, top of the list, with 5-7ms. 
Now zepto-ber is still the primary (marked with square in front and bold text), but it is close to the bottom of the list with 25-30ms, while the top of the list is showing the secondary server anexia-fra (bold) with about 20ms. 

This makes me wonder if there is an issue with the servers particularly or if there is an issue with the Dns Steering from NextDns side? 

I have tried different setups, as in: DoQ and DoT and DoH with the NextDns Windows Application, which showed the same results.. 

Any help would be much appreciated.
