Ipv6 ultralow is down?

I've been experiencing relly slow browsing today. Tried to check the nextdns ping and this was the result. I tried switching to cloudare for a second and my speeds were back to nornal until I switched back to nextdns and a lot of sites are taking forever to load properly.
