Anexian-han down again????

I did paid for premium service, so I'm happy with what Nextrdns bring to. But I can't accept dns server was down like every month like this.

And non of staff are reply to bug tickets from Viet Nam.

       yes, I don't know why these Staff are alway ignore bug tickets like this. Anexia-han is not stable, it's down many times and no one support to solve problem

    Các router (như Mikrotik, Asus Merlin, pfsense,..) sử dụng static IP thì chỉ nên dùng anycast, thủ thuật gắn IP server ultralow trên Mikrotik là phải chịu k ổn định rồi. Bạn nên thêm IP của máy chủ anycast để dự phòng như mình, có thể tắt IPv6 nếu router chưa có.

    Các hệ điều hành/trình duyệt có hỗ trợ native DNS, địa chỉ IP máy chủ ultralow sẽ tự động được thay thế ngay khi máy chủ trong nước gặp sự cố và hầu như k có thời gian chết. Khi 1 máy chủ bị chuyển sang Thái Lan, tự động thiết bị/trình duyệt sẽ lựa chọn máy chủ gần và nhanh nhất với thiết bị có native DNS.

    Mình khuyến khích router Mikrotik của bạn để thêm IP anycast làm dự phòng. Tất cả thiết bị trong mạng có hỗ trợ native DNS như profile trên iOS và Private DNS trên Android thì chuyển qua. Hiện tại, hệ thống mạng ở nhà mình sử dụng cách này và k bị lỗi gì hết, riêng router tổng Mikrotik lỗi kết nối IP nào sẽ chuyển qua IP khác dự phòng.

    Hạ tầng mạng ở VN thật sự rất tệ, việc bảo trì diễn ra thường xuyên. Các máy chủ như anexia và greencloud đều hoạt động, vấn đề nằm ở nhà mạng nên khi báo lỗi NextDNS cũng k thể giải quyết được do hạ tầng k phải của họ mà nằm ở đối tác. Mình nghĩ khi có sự cố NextDNS đã tự đẩy thông báo đến đổi tác xử lý rồi, còn lại là thời gian nhà cung cấp làm việc với nhà mạng.

    Cách đây 2 tuần, greencloud bị chập chờn do FPT cập nhật mạng gì đó. Greencloud đành bó tay và phàn nàn với FPT chứ k làm được gì ngoài việc chờ nhà mạng.

    Mình và mọi người cố gắng chia sẻ, rủ rê thêm người dùng ở Việt Nam và chịu trả phí. Khi đó NextDNS xem xét mở thêm máy chủ ở Hồ Chí Minh nữa thì giải quyết được vấn đề chập chờn từ hạ tầng của các nhà mạng. Mình có tạo request ở đây bạn có thể Vote https://help.nextdns.io/t/y4h4qzg

       I don't care when they have completed at other ideas. I just suggested the idea, because NextDNS has 2 servers in Vietnam which is great (no 3rd party DNS service has servers in Vietnam yet). Users in Vietnam don't ask for many features, they just need to plug-and-play.

      I recommend everyone to use the public NextDNS on the available browser like Firefox/Chrome/EDGE,.. and install the profile/private DNS to use the server in Vietnam.

      They not only pay attention but also improve when that request is necessary. Ultralow server is the idea from, I propose to improve smart (anonymous) ECS in Vietnam.

      Yes that's on avarage 2 years ago, when the support was fine, agree with that.. The links you gave, but now they never reply on anything of new features or servers

       You just calm down. First, you need to back up with anycast IP, move devices/browsers to native DNS. Mikrotik router static IP, so the server goes down, they automatically route to another place, of course you will not be able to connect.

      BigDargon  it was not down, but unstable otherwise you couldn't created the connection to the server according to the diag

       

      Nextdns didn't give you high or unstable latency this time, it was at your provider's network/network exchange

    The anexia-han server is unstable during peak hours at noon (from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) and evening (from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.). The time zone in Vietnam is GMT +7.

    Maybe the number of users in Vietnam is increasing so the server cannot respond to a large number of queries.

      @duytoanvns thấy cloudflare zero trust bên voz giới thiệu cũng ổn, hơi khó để setup.

      Bạn chuyển tạm qua đó hoặc xài song song thử xem, mình sẽ cố gắng report cho nextdns để cải thiện tình hình.

      Có khi lượt người sử dụng ở Việt Nam tăng quá nhanh, máy chủ k đáp ứng kịp vào giờ cao điểm.
