DNS have high ping issue also routed via wrong PoP
I attach my ping.nextdns result. My ISP is AS135872 GTPL KCBPL BROADBAND PVT LTD, INDIA, KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL.
Nearest PoP is microhost-del (delhi) and gc-bom (mumbai). But traffic routed via Singapore and hong kong PoP. Please fix this issue.
Thank You.

Could you try going to command prompt and type 'ping dns1.nextdns.io' once please? Is the connection established on timed out?

Similar issue from India - Delhi region.
https://nextdns.io/diag/5854f190-4eae-11eb-a34c-57247be585b8
{ "status": "ok", "protocol": "DOH", "configuration": "XXXXXX", "client": "XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX", "destIP": "10.160.0.2", "server": "gc-bom-1", "clientName": "nextdns-cli", "deviceName": "OpenWrt", "deviceID": "XXXX", "deviceIP": "127.0.0.1" }
nextdns-cli on router shows connected to gc-bom-1 but browser on PC shows dubai and singapore as the primary and even so, lowest latency is with the server microhost-del

Hi Olivier Poitrey looks like it's routing to closest server now (microhost-del) but only on DOH.
If using DNS OVER TLS on android its still going to Singapore
Https://test.nextdns.io
{ "status": "ok", "protocol": "DOT", "configuration": "xx", "client": "xx", "destIP": "45.90.28.0", "server": "gsl-sin-1", "clientName": "unknown-dot", "deviceName": "xx", "deviceID": "xx" }
am I interpreting it correctly? Output of https://router.nextdns.io/?stack=dual is still same
[{"hostname":"microhost-del-1.edge.nextdns.io","ips":["103.127.29.198"]}]
