Can't login to my account. 2FA

Hi. I can no longer log into my NextDNS account because of 2FA. There is a problem, I have never enabled two-factor verification. How can I recover my account?

    It could have been compromised if you had some sort of malware like keylogger, I'd advise you to message NextDNS account but also send proof of you actually owning that account with emails etc from a few months ago. (I'm not a NextDNS support member just a user) and that's how I would approach an issue like this.
