Network Errors Updating Allowlist

I can't at the moment add records to my allowlist. When I try, NextDNS presents a red banner reporting a "network error" with a long hex after it.

Is this a known issue?

    have you tried completely logging out of your account and then logging back in before attempting to add domain(s) to your allowlist?

    I came back to the site a while later (without logging out) and it did work. So that's good. I am finding NextDNS to be a bit flakey in general more recently, after more than 2 years of solid performance.
