DNS not resolving on any domain after adding NextDNS configuration profile on iPad.

I’ve installed nextDNS on an iPad with a configuration profile, but the device isn’t resolving a single domain. It can successfully ping 8.8.8.8 and but no “common” domains (apple.com, google.com, or yahoo.com for example) will resolve in a browser.

As soon as I remove the profile, dns begins resolving again. Any ideas?

    Does it work when using the NextDNS app?
