Incorrect installation instructions on Setup page.
DNS Servers should be.
45.90.28.101
45.90.30.101

They are correct for when you use DoH, DoT or QUICK.
45.90.28.xxx
45.90.30.xxx
These are for linked IP addresses when you can’t use the other protocols. They are different for each configuration profile that you make. -
Those instructions are specifically for DoH(DNS over HTTPS) and therefore DoT/QUICK is irrelevant.
45.90.28.0 and 45.90.30.0 does not work with my DoH address when following the DoH Windows 11 instructions.
45.90.28.101 and 45.90.30.101 does work with my DoH address when following the DoH Windows 11 instructions.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding what 45.90.28.0 and 45.90.30.0 are for but if the last digit in the DNS server address changes. Then it would be better to tell us to use the DNS server addresses at the top right side of the Setup page. It's misleading to tell us to use addresses that don't work.

From your experience it seems Windows 11 is not doing things correctly.
If you visit test.nextdns.io what shows up for “protocol”?

Luza Walnutty Uh-oh, looks like Windows is not using DoH at all. That must be why the 45.90.28/30.0 IP addresses aren’t working.
Are you using a device name in the https string? i.e. https://dns.nextdns.io/abc123/name.
If you are, try without, see if doh shows as protocol. -
R P M DoH wasn't enabled in group policy and I needed to select "Require DoH" for DOH to show up as the protocol at http://test.nextdns.io/ - "Allow DoH" still causes it to connect via UDP.
