So confused I need help

Since this morning sites in denylist seem to be working  for one of my devices and the logs are just repetitive it wasn’t like this yesterday…. Please help

    You should check when the queries were sent as a device might be sending a test query every few minutes, my router would send a query to a DNS Root server every few minutes leading to the logs being filled with the mentioned domain. It was a part of the routers firmware so unfortunately it couldn't be disabled.

    You can also enable Cache Boost in your NextDNS settings as it increases TTL and reduced repeated queries.
