Pro yearly plan charge failed.

I purchased Next DNS Pro yearly subscription on 28th March 2023. I'm receiving this mail since then, although I've charged. I unable to find any support email of Next DNS. Can I get support here?

    I am receiving the same message.

    1. My pro has been paid 2 months ago for a year, yet I received 2 messages like this since.
    2. This is my old email address. Why would NextDNS send communications there?
