How to get rid of "TEKSAVVY DNS resolver"? (breaks NextDNS)

According to my https://my.nextdns.io "Teksavvy" has taken over as my DNS resolver, and is preventing NextDNS from working.
The thing is, I never heard of Teksavvy before this and I have no idea where it came from, and no matter what I do I can't seem to get rid of it.  😕

There's more info & screenshots in my Stack Overflow question: https://superuser.com/questions/1708824/how-to-get-rid-of-teksavvy-dns-resolver-breaks-nextdns

Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried running a dnsleak test? It sorta sounds like their DNS is hardcoded somewhere in your setup link/chain
