SafeSearch Filter blocks Ecosia Search Engine

Ecosia has SafeSearch Options: middle and strong. Why is it being blocked by NextDNS‘ filter?

Did it get patched into Ecosia and NextDNS needs to adapt? Bug? Or is there something that I as a noob don’t know about how it works?
