need some help with setup

hi name is ray. i have set the dns ip of ipv4 to next dns since can only do dns by ip in router i have sert the 2 on site but my router can use a 3rd one, is there a 3rd nextdns i can enter into router?  if so what one i use thanks love service, just like 3 of nextdns since may need it thansk ray hope can help and keep it all on next dns

    Simply leave the third one empty, it doesn't need a third IP as the two are more than enough. Try to save it that way and if it doesn't save. You can always put the first or second one again as it uses one at a time
