NextDNS on Reliance Jio

I was trying to setup nextdns on my parents router but having two issues.

1. The reliance jio wifi calling is disabled.

2. I tried to use ping.nextdns.io and the nextdns servers show error. I am not an expert so if someone can help me understand what does that mean?

    As of now WiFi calling is not working as we are connected to dubai server, WiFi calling will work if it is connected to the server that is located in India, I think there was a problem in India Server, So it might be re-routed to Dubai server.
