Colour changing from green to orange

Why is the colour changing from green to organge ?

 

From everthing is OK 

 

 

to

NextDNS ist using another configuration 

the device is using "Save

 " 

Did i confired something wrong ?

    If you are for example using a VPN/Proxy or using Linked IP with a Dynamic IP it can happen. It's probably saying that you aren't using this configuration from my understanding, if you can let me know what your setup is exactly we could hopefully fix it.
