NextDNS + Tailscale + Eduroam = fail

Would it be possible to have a look?

TL;DR is that NextDNS+Tailscale works in all networks but that particular one.

When using Android's native Private DNS feature on that particular network, all works.

When using Firefox's native DoH feature on Linux, all works (in Firefox).

When using NextDNS from tailscale on any other network, all works.

When using NextDNS from tailscale on that particular network, I get:

and all fails.
