TikTok parental control not working

I've set up NextDNS on my Windows and Android phone, id is 98e271. I tried blocking the TikTok app via parental control, and the websites in my chrome browser (phone and laptop) are correctly blocked, however the videos in the TikTok app are still being loaded (meaning queries aren't blocked). There are a few elements of the app that don't load, like pictures, comments.. but videos are still loading, leading to an unsatisfying user experience.

It's apparent that not all tiktok domains are blocked. Is this intended?

I'm coming from using pihole, where using a regex `*tiktok*` would solve the issue. It seems unfeasable that the nextDNS team can always be up to date with the newest tiktok domains that need to be blocked. Have you considered using a simple regex like mentioned above?
