Business Plan and Number of Users

I would like to subscribe to "Business" Plan and have some queries. 

Under "Business" Plan, I can see - Unlimited queries, Unlimited devices, Unlimited configurations, Access to all feature and Email support.

I also notice a condition "* for every 50 employees".  So I am confused between "Upto 50 employees" and "Unlimited queries , devices and configurations".  

Since number of users may vary and if it goes beyond 50, DNS filtering is not applied or no response will be given?.  How users are counted?.

How to subscribe for more than 50 users?.

    "* for every 50 employees" refer to the price not the function of the service.
