Intermittent Service Disruptions

I've experienced several service disruptions over the previous 48 hours. I've submitted several diags when possible. I'm a Pro Yearly subscriber since 2000.

  • Issues first observed running the nextdns CLI from my EdgeOS router: diags submitted
  • Upgraded CLI to latest version: diags submitted
  • Uninstalled CLI and am using DNSMasq/UDP to 45.90.28.16 & 45.90.30.16: diags submitted.
  • my next step is to run DNSMasq/UDP to cloudflare and google DNS

I think there is a connectivity issue between my ISP and NextDNS, but I don't know how best to help troubleshoot or diagnose beyond running diag.

       , sorry, I closed all the tabs after I submitted. I did provide my e-mail in the reports. I've since corrected another configuration on my router that compounded my issues.

      I believe the re-connection attempts contributed to a log flood that overwhelmed my log rotation  resulting in the router becoming un-responsive. I will continue to monitor. You can close this incident.
