Sites are not getting blocked on DNS over HTTPS setup method

We have been working on the configuration methods for NextDNS like windows agent method and DNS over HTTPS. Windows agent works like magic but it can be closed with standard users account.

Because of that reason, we changed the setup method to DNS over HTTP and users cannot change the Hardware Properties without admin password which suites our requirement. But devices can access the blocked sites from the portal and we can see the traffic passing to endpoint from the portal.

 

Anyway we can resolve this issue..? We are testing using Free NextDNS account with Windows 10 and 11 devices.

    Do you actually see the DoH template option on Windows 10? As for Windows 11, if you type `curl example.com` do you see it in the NextDNS log?

    Yes, I can see the DoH template configured along with the traffic.
