Love NextDNS! But need guidance on configuration for children's account

I am a relatively new user of NextDNS.  Impressed by the service, and feel awful for using Cloudlfare for as long as I did.

I wanted to create a new profile, to configure on my children's phone & tablet.  Would be great to set up an "Allow List" on this childrens profile, and maybe allow 10 or 15 websites.

Unfortunately, I am not clear how to make a deny all on websites not on this allow list.  This is prob a basic question, and apologize if I missed a help article.  But does anyone mind pointing me in the right direction to properly configure this profile for my kids tablet?

Go to Security tab, Block Top-Level Domains, add *all* TLDs. NXEnhanced extension would add a button to do it in one click, but since it's an abandoned project I don't know if it still work.

Note that usually a website use several other domains for content, script etc, you'd have to allow them too and since NextDNS doesn't see the browser context, those domain in turn will be accessible on their own.

This also will only work for a children that is *not* interested in bypassing NextDNS, they'd quickly find how otherwise.
