nextDNS completely broken for hours at a time

so, i've been using nextdns for, like, a few months now. been working good, right?
so, as of like, two or three weeks, nextDNS started going out for like minutes. then minutes became tens of minutes. half hours, hours, and now it's out for several hours, i have to use rethinkDNS to send this! i have no idea what could be wrong... i'm 200k requests below my monthly limit, i haven't reinstalled my OS in months, and it's broken both on android and linux, and i am connected to a working wifi network. anyone know what's wrong?

      Please tell me, your disabled supporting h3 protocol in your DNS service? For started, i thinked, what my iSP blocking h3 protocols, but I'm made a test, and seeing, not. Other h3 from different DNS service providers working good (i.e. DNS from AdGuard, ControlD and other)
