IS THIS NORMAL FOR US TO NOT GETTING SUPPORT EVEN IF WE ARE A PAID SUBSCRIBER?
It is unacceptable that a paid service has zero support. I am locked out of my account, the password reset emails never arrive, and @NextDNS has gone silent after initially commenting on my post. I shouldn't have to chase you down just to access a dashboard I pay for. I need a manual password reset triggered immediately. Stop ignoring your subscribers.

If you look at the Trustpilot reviews and the lack of support here, on Reddit or via email, the service is slowly getting labelled as a ‘scam’. The service seems to be running without any support or anything like that. Complaints have been piling up lately and the response rate is almost zero. Unacceptable. I think the service will eventually disappear into oblivion, just like the partner service DNS0 from the same operator.
You should think carefully about whether you should entrust your DNS queries to such a service.

Sounds like a user mistake? Checked your spam filter etc?

I mean, it was a weekend, and a holiday weekend for many in the US too... small companies don't always provide support on the weekends.

Support is non-existent now. I've been waiting 5 months for them to fix a routing issue. I think they've lost interest.

@vintage,
I agree with you 100 %!
I honestly dont think they are in business anymore. Someone takes our money, but there's no service. I posted a question over 1 month ago, that was never answered. Im a yearly paid subscriber x 3. Admin never responds. (None of my IPv6 domain names are being resolved).
Im currently looking into other DNS programs. Ive heard some even let you add your own, or change Blocking Scripts. Why pay for a service that happily takes your money, then ignores you. WTF? When my Sub is up, Im gone!
