CLI Randomly Stops Connecting

I'm running Linux Mint 22.3. Since updating to 1.47.1, I'm randomly dropping my connection despite the CLI stating it's running. As soon as I run "sudo nextdns restart" I can see on test.nextdns.io that traffic is again flowing to NextDNS.
