Denylist works intermittently

I've updated my router, cellphone and PC to use NextDNS. I added a domain to the DenyList. When testing on my PC, the domain still opens but on my cellphone it is blocked. Looking at the logs, it shows that it is blocked when using my cellphone, but unblocked when using my PC.  Why is it not blocked on my PC?
