ISP leak?

Hi,

I use nextDNS on my router with dnsproxy.

it is weird, before I used controlD always with wireguard, and when I use that tool : https://www.dnscheck.tools/ I see my wireguard server as IP, now when I use nextdns, I see my wireguard server but also my ISP IP, pretty weird.

when I use controlD:

DATACAMP-MNT
169.150.204.52
Your DNS resolvers specify your IP subnet ():
Host Virtual
ECSToronto, Ontario, CAToronto, Ontario, CA
162.248.221.0/24   #wireguard server
162.248.221.109/32

but when I use nextdns, I get that:

Hello! Your public IP addresses are:
DATACAMP-MNT
169.150.204.52
Your DNS resolvers specify your IP subnet ():
Host Virtual
Cogeco Connexion
xx.xx.x.xx/24 # this is my isp
Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec, CA

also , also with the page test from nextdns:

{
"status": "ok",
"protocol": "DOQ",
"profile": "fpxxxxxxxxxxxxx3",
"client": "xx.xx.xx.xx",   # isp IP
"srcIP": "169.150.204.52",
"destIP": "86.xxx.90.xx",
"anycast": false,
"server": "zepto-ymq-1",
"clientName": "unknown-doq"

    This is likely due to ECS

      the only difference,  is that I use QUIC with nextdns and I added :853 at the end. Like that :

      quic://12345.dns.nextdns.io:853
