EdgeOS (Ubiquiti ERX) support DOH/DOT?

Would like to know if NextDNS running DoH/DoT is a supported configuration for EdgeOS? I've only been able to get it working via UDP

It’s on the list in the CLI Wiki. https://github.com/nextdns/nextdns/wiki/EdgeOS

yes I've ran the install command. Not able to get Doh or Dot when running test.nextdns.io

Are there any steps I'm missing? Just running the curl command as captioned to install and running through the wizard. Still UDP.

Ah, sounds like you may be setting the IPv4 DNS addresses in your DHCP setup.

The CLI will be using DoH only, if it shows as anything else then something is bypassing the CLI.

Thanks for your reply - when I configure the daemon in CLI it fails to start because the ERX dnsmasq service is bound to port 53 UDP.

Is there any documentation I can reference to troubleshoot my configuration?

The CLI should be automatically setup to use a different port and add a configuration to the dnsmasq, so that requests are passed through to it.

Maybe you missed a step when installing?

I'll try again - I don't think its possible to miss a step though as its 1 command right.

There should be a setup process at the start. What are you seeing when running the install script?
