Unable to subscribe to pro
Dear NextDNS Team and Community,
I am writing to express my continued frustration regarding the inability to subscribe to NextDNS Pro from India. I, along with many other users in India, have been encountering persistent issues with payment processing when attempting to upgrade to a paid plan.
Based on previous discussions and bug reports within this forum (e.g., "Users from India can't pay for your service for past 3 years," "Unable to make payments in India after the new RBI guidelines"), it appears that the core problem lies with the current payment gateway integrations, specifically with Stripe and the limitations with PayPal for Indian customers. It seems the necessary configurations to comply with RBI's auto-debit and recurring payment guidelines are not in place.
I am a strong advocate for NextDNS and its excellent service, which provides crucial security, privacy, and parental control features. However, being stuck on the free quota due to payment hurdles is incredibly disappointing. Many of us are eager to become paying subscribers and benefit from the unlimited queries and full features offered by the Pro plan.
Could the NextDNS team please provide an update on this long-standing issue?
