Domain silently blocked

It seems like some domains are getting silently blocked by the default NextDNS blocklist. The queries appear in the logs as though they were allowed, but my VMware Horizon application experiences connection errors. The only workaround I've found is to add the domains workspaceair.com and temple.edu to my personal allowlist. Please help me solve this mystery.
