Log displaying device UUID not host name

I am running 

  • Firewalla Gold SE
  • NextDNS CLI 1.47.3
  • report-client-info=true
  • Firewalla correctly resolves the host as Lucy-iphone-adult
  • NextDNS displays the client as 135227c8-5439-40c2-964c-1f6c5237fc71

Any ideas?
