ECH (Encrypted Client Hello) dose not work in browser.

Encrypted Client Hello dose not seem to work with nextdns in browser using https.

 

I don't know if it is a glitch or not supported in nextdns. 

 

Just for some context I use Brave browser. I tested cloudflare (1.1.1.1) over https and it says ECH works and when I switch back to nextdns it dose not work can anyone tell me why.

    It can be disabled by browser's settings or by enabling DNS Payload Delivery.
