T-Mobile - Home Internet and NextDNS

For a variety of reasons I am forced to use T-Mobile home internet... is there a way to use NextDNS with this service or am I stuck on a per device scenario? If you can, try to be as detailed as possible with options...

    If the router is "locked down" there's not much you can do other than configuring each and every device you have.

    You can connect your own personal router thru Lan to the ISP device and do whatever you want on your router, install CLI or you can get a router that supports encrypted DNS. After this if possible disable Wlan on the device from the ISP to have less interference. 

    *On some devices from the ISP not all the Lan connectors can be used, check the details from the user guide or contact them.
