NextDNS with No-IP

It was all fine a week ago, but now it doesn't work.

I have old Netis W1 router without custom firmware and only option was to use DDNS which was working fine until now.

Without entering NextDNS addresses in Network tab of router's setting internet works fine, even with 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1.

And DDNS status says it's Connected.

As soon as I enter IPv4 addresses from https://my.nextdns.io/{id}/setup in Primary and Secondary fields internet stops working as it was before.

I can't open sites, like Google, YT, Wikipedia etc.

Nothing, even NextDNS page.

It doesn't show anything in traceroute 1.1.1.1.

But for some reason I can ping anything, like ping 1.1.1.1.

0% packet loss.

I can ping and traceroute IPv4 addresses from https://my.nextdns.io/{id}/setup without those addresses in my router config.
