I block a domain name but they open different domain names next to it, I don't want them to be entered, I have to block them one by one. These types of sites are very common in Turkey. For example, they open different sites by changing the endings like google.com - google1.com * google2.com

    AdGuard Home and Pi hole both have the ability to create block list entries using Regex.  People have been asking for this features for years and have been ignored.   AGH is much easier to configure and much faster at responding to blocked queries because it’s on your local network (0 ms for blocked or cached queries).
