Domain Spamming DNS

So, I've only realised now that for the past several months I've been spammed by this domain that's being blocked by NextDNS. I'm not sure what exactly is going on, whether this is malware/a hacking attempt or something else. I could barely find any info on it online but I did hear that it gathered and stole data so I'm pretty worried as I'm not sure what's causing it.

I thought it was related to microsoft so I tried deleting outlook/other related services but even that didn't work? What should I do?

    That’s just a tracking site. It’s pretty prevalent and I see it quite often blocked. Who knows what app it’s in, I’m pretty sure it will be in quite a few.

       Yeah, in hindsight I was a bit paranoid. It seems most of it was coming from discord since it mostly stopped after I reinstalled it. Thanks
