Not working at midnight

Hello.

Where I live , timezone gmt -3, on midnight, mostly at beween 23:30 to 00:30 (gmt correction 20:30 to 21:30) service becomes unusable. Sometimes (mostly) resolution is extremely slow, sometimes can't reach some sites, sometimes falls into deep death and browsing is impossible.

Can't precise with more exactitude the right time when the problem begins, sorry. Can't tell you 20:45 to 21:13. Some days a bit earlier, some days days a bit later.

But I have changed solvers to cloudflare, to test during this critical hour and no problem at all. 

Here is some test prior to critical hour, using cloudflare solvers
