unable to get to sites,NextDNS not working after updating vpn app

Hello

Prior to updating the proton's vpn app, it was working fine. I have enabled the custom DNS section, and added the following  address 45.90.28.0 , still unable to get it working 

Could somebody please advice  on how to correct the issue here. Much appreciated

    In Firefox you don’t select NextDNS in the providers list. Either switch off DoH or use the custom DoH string option.
