2FA Doesn't work

I've tried to reenable the 2FA mode but everytime says that code is incorrect and can't enable anymore.

    The problem is on your 2FA app. Delete the NextDNS from the 2FA app and then add it again.

    It's working again but with a strange workaround, I have deactivated the 2FA and moved to another auth app and then working again.

    Confirming there is something wrong. 2FA stopped working. Resetting your password gets you into your account. I removed and tried to re-add using OTP via Bitwarden and it would say its incorrect each time. Never had an issue before.

       Have you tried it with another OTP app? Testing on only one is not conclusive, if you can get more failures on other alternative apps then it will be certain that there is a problem. 
      Then NextDNS will have to look at it.
