High Latency Due to Lack of EDNS Client-Subnet Support on Android

Hello, I am from mainland China. I am using NextDNS on my Android device and have encountered an issue where NextDNS does not perform recursive resolution based on the client's IP address. Instead, it uses the server's IP for recursive resolution, which severely impacts my internet experience. For example, when I ping api.bilibili.com, the latency with my carrier's DNS is no higher than 50ms, but with NextDNS, the latency increases to over 300ms, and the IP resolves to one that is far from my location. Please fix this issue.
