Second profile not collecting logs

Hello, I recently created a second profile to separate the devices that I want to be logged from the devices that I don't.  
 

I have NextDNS set up on a Mac Mini server using an Apple Configuration profile, and a NextDNS-CLI set up on my UDM-Pro with configuration rules for various subnets and MAC addresses that point to my "Monitor"ed profile in NextDNS.  
 

When I turn on logging in my primary "Home" profile, logging works as expected.  I do not see the Mac Mini (with the apple configuration profile) in the Home profile.  The second profile that has logging turned on does not see any logs whatsoever.  I'm not sure if the UDM-Pro requires additional debugging, but the Mac Mini should at least be sending logs to the second profile.

What can I do to start seeing logs in my second profile?
