App wise blocking is not possible

One idea which i have or problem i face is that even if i enable secure dns option  and putting dns provided by Next dns in chrome 

Iam able to acess the service through app 

Here i take example of YouTube 

even if i blocked internet acess to YouTube website by using Next Dns i was able to acess youtube through YouTube app 

Because of that iam forced to used another app which gives facilities to block app as well apart from nextdns

You should provide blocking option for individual app

s as well
