Can I block iOS App Store?

Is there a way to block access to the iOS App Store for parental controls? It would be nice to be able to block access to kids downloading new apps.

    I'd argue your best bet is to set up the family controls in iOS. That way, regardless of the app, they have to request permission from you first. Having control at the DNS level is very useful, but I'm also of the mind that having granular control of the device is necessary, too.
