Visual Voicemail not working on iPhone 8

This problem has now been going on for months and I haven't been able to find a solution.

I see other tickets that other similar types of apps cause a similar problem but no actual solution of what to do to allow Apple to do its thing.

Any help? I'm in the U.S.  On U.S. Cellular.
